Did you know that in some Episcopal traditions, each Advent Candle represents a biblical figure?

 

Please join us on Sundays during Advent at 11:30 am for a short discussion on key biblical figures and how their representation is used to foreshadow the coming of Jesus.

 

• 1st Sunday (Nov 29): Patriarchs & Matriarchs

• 2nd Sunday(Dec 6): The Prophets

• 3rd Sunday (Dec 13): St. John the Baptist

• 4th Sunday (Dec 20): St. Mary, mother of Jesus
